Consultations are via video chat or phone and last up to 90 minutes.  I will fully assess your health goals/concerns from a Master Herbalist’s perspective and empower you with a practical plan of action to strengthen your body holistically, while neutralizing the root causes of any imbalances.  This will most likely involve a cleanse followed by a deep nourishment period, individually tailored to your unique symphony of situations, urgency and lifestyle.  I specialize in solutions that are gentle and without harsh side effects.  Maintaining radiant wellness while navigating today’s brand new environment can be a simple matter of maintaining habits of nourishment and release, just like everything else in nature.
