  • Contains phytosteroid diosgenin which act much like the body's own steroids and can balance hormones to ease premenstrual syndrome (PMS), hot flashes, menstrual cramps, vaginal dryness, low libido, and osteoporosis (although many say the diosgenin can only be transformed into natural progesterone in the lab, many traditional healers see that the body is 'inspired' to hormonally balance in the presence of this natural phytosteroid)
