Directions:  If necessary, soak bottle in warm water for a few minutes to fully melt oil, then shake well and saturate an organic cotton ball with oil and insert in vagina with finger at least deep enough to not feel the cotton ball.  Leave in for 6-8 hours before removing and discarding.  Overnight is ideal.
