Directions:  Gradually add just enough water to 1 teaspoon of Herbal Clay to form a paste, just softer than toothpaste.  Do not use metal utensils.  The consistency of the paste should be thin enough to pull into the injector, but thick enough to stay in vagina and not spill out.  Pull paste into the injector and inject the entire amount into vagina. Leave in 6-8 hours.  Remove by sweeping out with finger or flush vagina with a mild herbal tea douche or purified water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
