Directions:

Use about 1-2 cups of herbs per steam session.  Step 1:  Add herbs to boiling herbs, remove from heat and brew covered for about 15 min.  Step 2:  Test steam temperature on wrist and only use warm NOT HOT steam.  Place pot under yoni seat or squat over pot while tenting yourself from the waist down.  Steam for at least 20. minutes.  Step 3:  Put your feet up and rest, allowing for the medicine to get to work.  Add crystals to water just before steaming and keep for future steams or jewelry.  You can steam daily, but at least once a week is a rewarding, easy habit to have. You will experience a warmth deep in your womb and hips and an ease down your legs, soothing your nerves, and even the soles of your feet! This well-being permeates your entire body and mind as well.
