Directions: Fold the flannel in half and saturate in Castor Oil – about 4 oz.  Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp of powdered herbs on the side of the flannel that will have contact with your skin and lightly spread across oil and flannel. Lie on your back with your feet elevated placing flannel pack directly onto treatment area.  Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap to protect your clothing, then tie a scarf around you to keep it all in place.  Next apply gentle heat for about 45-60 minutes by using a hot water bottle, heating pad or hot towel.  You can then sleep with the Castor Oil Pack secured in place (without heat) if you like.  When finished, cleanse the oil from your skin with soap and water.   You can reuse the saturated flannel several times, each time adding more oil as needed to keep the pack saturated.
